Borges Ranch is a small demonstration
farm with animals and antique farm machinery. It is located at the foot of an
extensive hiking and dirt road bicycling area and is easilly accessible from
Concord and Walnut Creek. An annual Borges Ranch day includes display and operation of
restored farm machinery, music, crafts, and and other rusticana.
Eugene O'Neill National Historic Site

Shadelands Ranch is a mansion style buiding located on a few acres remaining from
an extensive ranch on Ygnacio Valley Road in Walnut Creek. Important annual events held here include decorated rooms at
Christmas and an antique exhibit and sale.
is a restored ranch center from the times of the Spanish
land grants (1776-1849) and is located in Concord.
